The National Canned Food Prod., & Trade Co., is a first class national establishment that aims at producing its customers requirements at a fair price and without jeopardizing the quality of the products.

Technology:- When designing the factory, the most advanced machinery and equipment was installed so that products could be produced to international standards and under strict hygienic rules. A Highly qualified technical staff with considerable food manufacturing experience was engaged to oversee the operation.

Quality of production:- Great care is taken to ensure that products meant for home trade or export meet the customer’s and legislation requirements.

Raw Materials:- Raw materials are purchased from the best international sources only after samples have been thoroughly tested by our quality control department.

Storage:- All raw materials are again inspected and tested on receipt at the factory. They are then stored in modern ambient, chilled or cold stores as required.

Production:- The use of modern machinery and the strict adherence to approved specifications is observed at all times during production. After seaming products, information including production & expiry dates are stamped on the can end.

Retorting:- The product is sterilized using precontrolled auto claves at high temperature for eliminating bacteria. Filtered water is used during the cooling process.

Can making department:- All Cans used within the factory are manufactured in a specially designed department. All stages of can making are controlled and monitored using high quality internally lacquered tinplate ( to protect the products and preserve its quality). This ensures the excellent condition of the cans during storage by market center and customers.

Quality control:- The company has a technical staff which has specialized in food production quality control to comply with gulf and international standards and specifications. The food processing, storage and marketing functions also conform to the requirements of the sanitary affairs department of Kuwait municipality and the ministry of public health.
